Q1 – How long is the Leadership Accelerator Program?
The ‘Leadership Accelerator’ is a 12 part training program run over 6 months. The series of live 2-hour workshops are held once a fortnight. Sessions are highly interactive, practical and activity based.
Q2 – Why is it run as a series of 12 workshops?
Experience has shown us that people become much better leaders when they learn, trial and
build rather than get overloaded with content. Managers test out the tools and techniques
between workshops and can see the results as they progressively lift their leadership skills.
Q3 – Why live-streamed training and face-to-face workshops?
Our combination of live-streamed and face-to-face workshops gives students the best of both
worlds. They get to learn some content remotely including in small breakout groups, but also
get to interact fully with other students which increases their engagement and expands their
thinking.
Q4 – How long will it take to see results?
Because of the practical tools and techniques, you’ll start to see results immediately. These changes will become embedded as the sessions roll out and the connections between the five key leadership pillars are revealed.
Q5 – What if I have more than 2 people I’d like to enrol in the program?
The training grant is available for a maximum of 2 people per company. You can book additional places in the program for the special Penrith Valley Chamber of Commerce member rate of $2,200 + GST per person (25% discount).
